Hey you guys! It has been brought to my attention that I have not updated my website in quite some time. My favorite new Predators cheerleader Lisa pointed this out to me at Latitudes the other night, so thanks girl!
So what about the Preds start early this season? 3-0 was a lot better than I could have truly expected with the tough schedule they have had to start with. Jay Gruden really has these guys playing with a lot of confidence so far, I can't wait to get to Arena Bowl and see what these guys can really do. Some might say that is jumping out on a limb, but since when have I been bashful of a spotlight? NEVER!
Over the last few months I have been checking on my guest book, how cool is it that Cory's big brother Kenneth has visited? I know members of the Fran Papasedero family have visited as well, and I haven't forgot about you guys either, you're still in my prayers every night.
So early on this season I've had a lot of fun. I have already went to Tampa for a game and got to hang out with some of my Storm buddies. Of course, that was right before the Preds whipped the Storm last Friday night in the Hummer, ah um, the Jungle.
What do you guys think of this Hummer field thing? I think that is pretty amazing! You've got the team known for flying penis inflatables playing on a field named after Hummer. If you can not find the humor in that please just click off of my website right now.
Well, anyway, this was just to update you guys on what has been going on with me lately and the Preds too as if you guys don't read all of my stuff on Arenafan.com too, if you don't, shame on you, and start reading it.. I really need to get some Emails from my people so I don't feel like I'm writing to nobody, a great writer loves having an audience so please feel free to send the Emails to Jasrunner22@aol.com
Talk to you guys soon!

Crystal Hollobaugh! By: Jason Lucas
June 8, 2003
Storm fans meet your Storm Cheerleader for the Month of May, Crystal Hollobaugh. She is a 19 year old from Bradenton, Florida. She is a nursing major at USF, and will be a sophomore in the fall. Crystal will also be a returning USF Sun Doll in the fall for Football and in the winter for Basketball. In the spring semester at USF, she was on the dean's list and she plans to maintain her grades to get into the nursing program in Spring 2004. Crystal's dancing endeavors have taken her all over America and the world. As a sophomore at Lakewood Ranch High School she was selected as a Universal Dance Association (UDA) all-star and she traveled to Paris, France to dance in the Millinium Day Parade. She was one of a select few American dancers selected to go. She danced all four years of high school and in her senior year she was the captain of the dance team. In the summer, Crystal is also a dance instructor for the UDA in Florida. Each year they take 10 to 15 girls in the state to travel around to prepare high school dancers all over America for the UDA Nationals that are held in Orlando, Florida. As another side job she teaches kids from ages 5-12 hip hop dancing. I asked Crystal what it is like being a Storm Cheerleader and this is what she had to say. "Storm was a great opportunity to meet new girls and to dance professionally for a team. It is exciting walking onto the field at a game and seeing everyone in the crowd cheering. It just gives me so much more energy and that is what is so fun about cheering. I am just grateful that I am part of something so cool"! To me this statement could not be anymore true. Watching Crystal on the field you can just tell she really enjoys being out there. Those of us in the "Storm Zone" commonly refer to Crystal and Lisa Norred as our official cheerleaders. Crystal has done all sorts of dancing in her 16 years of experience. When she was three years old she started Gymnastics. She has also done ballet, tap, jazz, modern, hip hop, and lyrical types of dancing. She had to quit Gymnastics when she was 11 years old due to an ankle injury. As you can see, she did not let it stop her from doing what she loves.
